Turkiye Folk Tales Enchant Young Minds at Storytelling Session in Brunei

BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN — In a cultural exchange that bridges literature and imagination, the Language and Literature Bureau, in collaboration with the Embassy of The Republic of Turkiye, conducted a storytelling session for children at the bureau’s library in Bandar Seri Begawan.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the session featured Turkiye folk stories, captivating an audience of nearly 90 children aged 10 to 12 from Al-Falaah School. The event was not only about storytelling but also included a variety of activities and Brunei traditional games, contributing to the children’s cultural education.

The Bureau announced that such collaborative events are part of a series, set to occur monthly at different library branches, aiming to foster a love for reading and cultural awareness among the youth.
