Transparent Dissemination of Wawasan Brunei 2035
Bandar Seri Begawan: In their motion of the vote of thanks, Council Members comprising Persons Who Have Achieved Distinction among others highlighted that the journey towards achieving Wawasan Brunei 2035 requires cooperation from all parties. Yang Berhormat Dayang Hajah Safiah binti Sheikh Haji Abd Salam underlined that the status and development of said journey must be disseminated transparently so that the citizens have the opportunity to contribute towards the nation’s development and progress.
According to Radio Television Brunei, Yang Berhormat Awang Lau How Teck emphasised that the agriculture sector is not only limited to efforts in ensuring food security, it also plays a role as a catalyst for a sustainable and resilient economic growth.
Yang Berhormat Dayang Chong Chin Yee stated that by expediting the nation’s development through innovation acceptance, strengthening governance, and encouraging cooperation, a robust and prosperous future can be built.
Yang Berhormat Doctor Awang Haji Mahali bin Haji Momin mentioned that instilling digital literacy among the younger and older generations allows them to increase their knowledge and build the necessary skills.
Yang Berhormat Awang Haji Salleh Bostaman bin Haji Zainal Abidin highlighted the importance of ensuring the education system can produce a workforce that is not only prepared to enter the industry but also ready to fill leadership positions.
Yang Berhormat Dayang Hajah Rosmawatty binti Haji Abdul Momin stressed that new operators in the oil and gas sector can foster positive competition and spur sector growth.
Yang Berhormat Pengiran Haji Isa bin Pengiran Haji Aliuddin underlined the need for creating strategies and direction of ministries and its departments for concerted and solid efforts for the nation’s economic growth and the people’s life continuity.
