Bandar seri begawan: The Brunei Arts and Handicrafts Training Centre, under the Office of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, commemorated its 50th anniversary with a Tahlil ceremony. The event included the reading of Surah Yasiin, Tahlil, and a Special Prayer dedicated to the late Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Al-Marhumah Duli Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Damit, and His Royal Highness Prince Haji ‘Abdul ‘Azim.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the ceremony was attended by Dato Paduka Haji Hamiddon bin Haji Ibrahim, who serves as the Private and Confidential Secretary to His Majesty, and Dato Paduka Awang Haji Rosli bin Pehin Orang Kaya Shahbandar Dato Seri Paduka Haji Md Salleh, the Deputy Private and Confidential Secretary to His Majesty.
