JPMC Launches Employee Wellbeing Week Focusing on Culture of Care
Bandar seri begawan: True safety lives in culture – in the way we treat each other, in creating a space for honest conversations and in allowing ourselves to be guided and understood. Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Dr Haji Mohammad Isham, Minister of Health in his capacity as the Chairman and Executive Director of Jerudong Park Medical Centre, JPMC, emphasised this during the launching of JPMC Employee Wellbeing Week.
According to Radio Television Brunei, JPMC unveiled a series of initiatives aimed at strengthening its culture of care and safety. Among them is ‘Time-FOR-Me’, a dedicated one-week break encouraging staff to take time for rest and expanded medical benefits including aesthetic care. Collectively, these efforts signal a more holistic approach to wellbeing, recognising that caring for employees means supporting both their physical health and emotional resilience. The event is being held for four days.
