Semarak Hari Keputeraan’ Programme

The Information Department continued the ‘Semarak Hari Keputeraan’ Programme today in Belait District. Held in conjunction with His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam’s 77th birthday celebration, the programme took place at the Belait Sixth Form Centre.

Among those present was Dato Seri Paduka Awang Mohammed Riza bin Dato Paduka Haji Mohammed Yunos, Deputy Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office. The programme included a talk titled ‘Kepimpinan Negara Zikir Melayu Islam Beraja Memenuhi Pelaksanaan Maqasid Syariah,’ delivered by Doctor Haji Mohammad Shahrol Azmi bin Haji Abdul Muluk, Student Dean of the Seri Begawan Religious Teachers University Collegem, KUPU SB. A mini photography exhibition was also held, showcasing the highlights of the Get-Together Ceremony with Citizens and Residents in Belait District. Also present, Members of the Legislative Council.
