Sultan of Brunei Names Granddaughter in Royal Ceremony

Bandar Seri Begawan: By command of His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, an official announcement has been made regarding the naming of his granddaughter. His Majesty, with great pleasure, has named his granddaughter as ‘Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Anak Nabeelah Najmul Bolqiah Binti Duli Yang Teramat Mulia Paduka Seri Pengiran Muda ‘Abdul Malik’. She is the daughter of His Royal Highness Prince ‘Abdul Malik ibni His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah and Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Anak Isteri Pengiran Raabi’atul ‘Adawiyyah binti Pengiran Haji Bolkiah.

According to Radio Television Brunei, His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah and Her Majesty Duli Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Hajah Saleha, along with other members of the Royal family, extended their gratitude to everyone involved during the birth of their granddaughter. They also thanked those who conveyed messages of congratulations and greetings on this joyous occasion. The birth of Their Majesties’ granddaughter took place on Wednesday, 10th of Syawal, 1446, corresponding to 9th of April, 2025, at 6:54 in the morning.
