Berakas: The role of AI in improving service efficiency, supporting industrial development, and empowering the community was highlighted in an exhibition held at the Lobby Area of the International Convention Centre, Berakas. His Majesty, accompanied by His Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah, the Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office, as well as other royal family members, attended the event. Yang Amat Mulia Tunku Idris Iskandar Al-Haj ibni Sultan Ibrahim, Tunku Temenggong Johor, was also present.
According to Radio Television Brunei, over 20 agencies from the government, private sector, educational institutions, banking, and industrial as well as technology companies from both local and international arenas participated in the exhibition. The participation of AI-based humanoid robots from China was a focal point, offering attendees a hands-on interactive experience with the latest AI technology.
The exhibition underscored AI’s role as a driver of transformation in various aspects of societal life. It also aimed to provide the younger generation with exposure to learning and career opportunities in the field of future technology, thus fostering interest and engagement in this pivotal sector.
