Religious Ceremonies

?Dikir Maulud continues to be held at all mosques, suraus and religious halls throughout the country in conjunction with Maulidur Rasul. A delegation from the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports participated in the Religious Performance at Istana Nurul Iman, 14th September night.

Present was Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Nazmi bin Haji Mohamad, Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports. The event was enlivened with a tazkirah titled “Tawaduk Rasulullah SAW” and Dikir presentation.

The Ministry of Home Affairs and departments under it also holding a Dikir Maulud at Jubli Perak Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mosque in Kampung Jangsak. Present were Members of The Legislative Council.

The Ministry of Education also holding a similar ceremony at Haji Abdul Azim Mosque, Kampung Luagan Dudok in Tutong District. The ceremony coincided with the presentation of endowment for the mosque.

Also holding the Dikir Maulud was Masjid Universiti, Universiti Brunei Darussalam.
