Vista Group to Acquire Société Générale Subsidiaries in Burkina Faso and Mozambique

The Vista Group announced its plans to take over the operations of Société Générale subsidiaries in Burkina Faso and Mozambique. Société Générale currently holds a 52.6% stake in its Burkina Faso subsidiary and a 65% stake in its Mozambique subsidiary.

According to Africa News Agency, the acquisition of these activities is expected to be finalized in 2024. This move by the Vista Group represents a significant expansion in its banking and financial operations within the African market.
