Certificates Presentation Ceremony Held for Brunei Airport Frontline Workers

Gadong: The Ministry of Primary Resources and Tourism, in collaboration with the SEAMEO Regional Centre for Education and Vocational and Technical Training, concluded a Customer Service Excellence Training program aimed at enhancing the skills of frontline workers at Brunei International Airport. The three-day program culminated today with a Certificate Presentation Ceremony at the SEAMEO VOCTECH Regional Centre.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the certificates were presented by Salinah binti Haji Mohd Salleh, Acting Director of Tourism Development. The program saw participation from 15 individuals in the tourism industry, focusing on equipping them with skills and knowledge to handle tourists using Islamic guidelines and Bruneian courtesy.
