Certificate Presentation Ceremony for Penghulu Mukim and Village Heads Held in Brunei Muara

Bandar Seri Begawan: The presentation of Certificates of Appointment for Penghulu Mukim and Village Heads in Brunei Muara District took place in the afternoon on 19th June. The event recognized two Penghulu Mukim and eighteen Village Head posts.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the certificates were presented by Awang Abdul Walid bin Haji Matassan, the Permanent Secretary for Municipal and District at the Ministry of Home Affairs. The ceremony also included the official unveiling of signboards at several Village Head residences.

The event was attended by Pengiran Ameer Mubaarak bin Pengiran Haji Hashim, the Acting Brunei Muara District Officer, signifying the importance of the roles being assumed by the newly appointed leaders.
