Kampung sungai hanching: In introducing the Indonesian culture, tradition and specialty food, the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in collaboration with the Ikatan Pengusaha Muslimah Indonesia, Brunei Darussalam Overseas Managers Representatives and One City Shopping Centre, organised Indonesia Culture Week 2025. The opening took place at the said shopping centre in Kampung Sungai Hanching, 27th November afternoon.
According to Radio Television Brunei, over 30 entrepreneurs from Brunei Darussalam, Malaysia and Indonesia took part in the event. Various goods such as food and drinks were on sale, and a range of activities were held. These included an angklung performance, a drawing competition for children, and a batik making demonstration, all designed to highlight the vibrant cultural heritage of Indonesia.
