National Dissemination Seminar Highlights ASEAN SME Policy Index for Brunei Darussalam

Bandar seri begawan: The National Dissemination Seminar for the ASEAN SME Policy Index (ASPI) 2024 for Brunei Darussalam marks a significant step in enhancing the micro, small, and medium-sized enterprise (MSME) ecosystem in both the nation and the ASEAN region. The Permanent Secretary for Economy, Trade and Industry at the Ministry of Finance and Economy addressed the seminar, held in the capital on the morning of October 21st.

According to Radio Television Brunei, Doctor Dayang Hajah May Fa’ezah binti Haji Ahmad Ariffin highlighted that the ASPI 2024 findings have confirmed Brunei Darussalam’s advancement in strengthening its MSME development ecosystem. The seminar featured experts from the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), who presented these findings specific to Brunei Darussalam and led a structured discussion with participants.
