Post: Movement of Tasks and Activities Reviewed

Makkah: Work movements and activities of the Haj Affairs Office for Administration and Medical were reviewed in a meeting. Among them were the arrangement of tents in Arafah and Mina; visits to Arafah and Mina; departure schedule for Mashaer; and the division of work groups. The meeting took place in the Muzakarah room, Snood Ajyad Hotel.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the meeting focused on ensuring the smooth execution of various tasks essential for the upcoming Haj pilgrimage. The review aimed at optimizing the logistical aspects related to the arrangement and management of facilities, ensuring that pilgrims receive efficient services during their stay in Arafah and Mina.

The discussion included a detailed examination of the departure schedules for Mashaer to streamline the movement of pilgrims. Additionally, the division of work groups was scrutinized to enhance coordination among different teams responsible for administrative and medical services.

The meeting is part of continuous efforts to improve the organizational efficiency of the Haj Affairs Office, ensuring that all operations are conducted effectively to support the needs of pilgrims.
