This initiative is aimed at curbing bullying among students in educational institutions. The programme’s inauguration took place at the Ministry of Education headquarters.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the programme was officially launched by Yang Berhormat Datin Seri Setia Doctor Dayang Hajah Romaizah binti Haji Md Salleh, the Minister of Education. The BEST Programme is slated to be an annual event as part of the Ministry's sustained commitment to fostering a positive, confident, and safe educational environment for all students.

The initiative will include various activities scheduled to run until November 26th.
