Ministry of Education Hosts School Leaders Symposium 2025 to Enhance Leadership Capacity

Bandar seri begawan: To strengthen the leadership capacity and competence of school leaders, as well as increase shared accountability among all stakeholders, the Ministry of Education held the School Leaders Symposium 2025 at Chancellor Hall, Universiti Brunei Darussalam.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the event was attended by 380 participants, including leaders from primary, secondary, colleges, sixth form centres, and private schools. The symposium, themed ‘Quality Leaders, Quality Education’, was graced by the presence of Awang Aliuddin bin Haji Abdul Rahman, Acting Permanent Secretary for Core Education at the Ministry of Education.

The Ministry of Education aimed to empower school leaders by enhancing their skills and fostering a sense of shared responsibility among educational stakeholders through this symposium. The large turnout of participants indicates the importance placed on leadership development in the educational sector.
