Ministry of Education Holds World Mental Health Day Celebration at Sengkurong Sixth Form Centre

Bandar seri begawan: The Ministry of Education, through its Counselling Division, celebrated World Mental Health Day 2025 with a special event held at the Sengkurong Sixth Form Centre on the afternoon of October 25th.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the celebration was attended by Doctor Shamsiah Zuraini Kanchanawati binti Haji Tajuddin, the Permanent Secretary for Core Education at the Ministry of Education. The event featured a Mental Health Special Forum titled ‘A Healthy Mind is a Shared Responsibility.’ This forum provided insights from educational, health, and spiritual perspectives, and included real-life experiences relevant to the school context in Brunei Darussalam.
