Khatam Al-Quran Ceremony Held at Hassanal Bolkiah Mosque

Tutong: The Hassanal Bolkiah Mosque in Tutong Town hosted a Khatam Al-Quran Ceremony on the morning of 13th October for 20 students from the Al-Quran Class for Adults. The event marked a significant occasion for the participants who successfully completed their Quranic studies.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the ceremony commenced with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah, led by Awang Haji Amir Hisham bin Haji Masri, Acting Director for Mosque Affairs. In addition to the Quranic recitation, the ceremony included a presentation of certificates of appreciation to the tutors of various Quranic educational programs. These programs comprise the Al-Quran and Muqaddam classes for children, the Al-Quran class for adults, the Muslimah class, and the Basic Tajwid and Tarannum classes.
