Katok Secondary School Crowned Champion in Gulintangan Final Competition

Bandar seri begawan: Katok Secondary School emerged as Champion of the Gulintangan Final Competition between Secondary Schools, Colleges, and Sixth Form Centres Nationwide 2025. The competition, organised by the Arts and Creativity Division, Department of Co-Curriculum Education in collaboration with the Secretariat Office of the Malay Islamic Monarchy Supreme Council and the Brunei Academic Studies, was held at the Pro Chancellor’s Arts Centre, Universiti Brunei Darussalam, UBD, on the morning of August 27.

According to Radio Television Brunei, second place was secured by Sultan Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien College, while Sekolah Tinggi Perempuan Raja Isteri came in third. The prize presentation was officiated by Doctor Hazri bin Haji Kifle, Vice Chancellor of UBD. The competition aims to instil a spirit of love for the country by maintaining the authenticity of Brunei’s cultural traditions.
