Islamic Da’wah Centre Hosts Harmonious Understanding of Islam Dialogue Programme

Bandar seri begawan: The Islamic Da’wah Centre, Ministry of Religious Affairs, in collaboration with the Brunei-China Friendship Association, organized the Harmonious Understanding of Islam Dialogue Programme this morning at the Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Complex. This initiative aimed to highlight the values of Islam concerning societal and moral issues.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the event was graced by the presence of Yang Berhormat Pehin Udana Khatib Dato Paduka Seri Setia Ustaz Haji Awang Badaruddin bin Pengarah Dato Paduka Haji Awang Othman, the Minister of Religious Affairs. The dialogue centered on two primary themes: Understanding Islamic Families and Halal Food. The programme attracted 100 participants from the Tionghua community in the country, fostering intercultural understanding and collaboration.
