According to Radio Television Brunei, the Women’s Open Category saw an intense battle, with Maryanee Yangkai and Christina Angella Dollah emerging victorious against Emmy Esther Lukas and Glory Jumat, securing the win with scores of 21-14, 24-26, and 21-17. In the Men’s Open Category, Supian Sabtu and Yohanes Sumbat triumphed over their opponents, Tomie Tagal and Deney Rogo, with a scoreline of 20-22, 21-17, 21-16.
