Emirates Airline Boss Sees Positive Progress at Troubled Boeing

Dubai: The head of the world’s largest international airline, Emirates, based in Dubai, expressed optimism regarding Boeing’s progress. Previously, Emirates had expressed frustration over the delays in the delivery of new jets from the planemaker.

According to Radio Television Brunei, Emirates President Tim Clark noted an increased determination from Boeing to address its numerous issues under its recently appointed CEO. Management at Boeing has conveyed cautious optimism about its recovery in discussions with Emirates.
