Ilal Hijrah Celebration Marks New Beginnings for Converts in Brunei

BRUNEI MUARA DISTRICT – The Nurul Islam Association, together with the New Convert Development Division of the Islamic Da’wah Centre, celebrated Ilal Hijrah at the Kampung Sungai Akar mosque.

According to Radio Television Brunei, Director of Islamic Da’wah Centre, the event was held on the morning of 14th July. The celebration included various religious readings such as Sayyidul Istighfar and Al-Fatihah, and featured a session where new converts shared their experiences of embracing Islam.

The event, supported by the Rashidah Sa’adatul Bolkiah Takmir Committee, drew numerous attendees, fostering a sense of community and spiritual reflection among the participants.
