Honoring Service: 62 Civil Servants Receive Long Service Medals

Bolkiah Garrison: 62 civil servants comprising senior officers, officers, and staff of the Ministry of Defence received the Long Service Medal (P.K.L), a Brunei Darussalam State Medal, in conjunction with His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam’s 78th Birthday Celebration. The ceremony took place at the Ministry of Defence, Bolkiah Garrison.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the medals were presented by Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Lailaraja Retired Major General Dato Paduka Seri Awang Haji Halbi bin Haji Mohd. Yussof, Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office and Second Minister of Defence. Also present was Major General Dato Paduka Seri Haji Muhammad Haszaimi bin Bol Hassan, Commander of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces.
