According to Cyber Security Brunei, these criminal efforts aim to steal personal information and financial credentials amidst the chaos. The public is urged to report any cybersecurity incidents to BruCERT via their designated email or contact numbers. This precaution is part of a broader effort to manage the fallout and prevent further damage from the outage.
