Enhancing Public Sector Excellence

Bandar Seri Begawan: In response to the development of the public service framework and the public service transformation committee, JTPA, the MINISTER at the Prime Minister’s Office and Second Minister of Defence explained the establishment of the committee acts as the main platform in leading the direction of public sector transformation in Brunei Darussalam.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the JTPA will play a key role in formulating policies, strategies, and reform initiatives aimed at enhancing public sector excellence. The whole-of-government and whole-of-nation approaches are being adopted to ensure cross-sector policy coordination to support Wawasan Brunei 2035 and the public service vision for the 21st century. To strengthen government policies, the JTPA will make pro-business policy aspects, empowering digital governance, and collaborating with the private sector and NGOs a key agenda in its meetings.
