Bandar seri begawan: Applications for the Education Loan Assistance Scheme, known as SBPP, for the 2026/2027 academic session are scheduled to open on 22nd January, starting at 8:30 in the morning, and will close on 26th February at 4:00 in the afternoon.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the Ministry of Education, through its Scholarship Management Department, announced that interested applicants must apply for at least one programme offered at a public higher education institution in the country. This specific requirement is for applicants who have not yet commenced their studies at any institution through the Higher Education Centralised Admission System (HECAS).
Applicants are required to submit a completed application form along with related documents via email to the SBPP and also provide physical copies of relevant documents, including the SBPP and HECAS application forms, to the Scholarship Management Department.
