Crown Prince Graces ISB Achievement Awards Ceremony

Bandar seri begawan: His Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah ibni His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah, the Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office, along with Her Royal Highness Paduka Seri Pengiran Anak Isteri Pengiran Anak Sarah binti Pengiran Haji Salleh Ab Rahaman, attended the International School Brunei (ISB) Board of Directors Achievement Awards Ceremony. The event celebrated the achievements of the International Baccalaureate, IB Diploma Programme, Class of 2025 and was held on the night of September 3rd at ISB. Their Royal Highnesses’ children, Yang Teramat Mulia Pengiran Anak Muneerah Madhul Bolkiah, Yang Teramat Mulia Pengiran Muda Muhammad Aiman, and Yang Teramat Mulia Pengiran Anak Faathimah Az-Zahraa’ Raihaanul Bolkiah, were also present. Upon arrival, they were welcomed by Dato Seri Paduka Awang Haji Ahmad bin Pehin Orang Kaya Laila Setia Bakti Di-Raja Dato Laila Utama Haji Awang Isa, Chairman of the ISB Board.

According to Radio Television Brunei, Dominic Morley, Executive Principal of ISB, highlighted in his welcoming remarks that ISB consistently delivers an excellent education to its students. The Chairman of the ISB Board, in his speech, emphasized the school’s significant academic advancements and progress.

Among the awardees was His Royal Highness’ son, Yang Teramat Mulia Pengiran Muda ‘Abdul Muntaqim, who received the ISB Board of Directors Bronze Excellence Award. He was also one of the 26 students honored with Achievement Awards. The impressive IB results achieved by the Year 13 cohort reaffirm ISB’s commitment to academic excellence as an inclusive educational institution.
