Donation Presentation to Fire Victims in Kampung Sungai Panga

Kampung sungai kebun: An electrical short circuit is believed to have caused a fire that gutted 12 houses in Kampung Sungai Panga on the evening of 3rd November. To ease the burden of the victims, a donation presentation took place at Al-Muhtadee Billah Mosque in Kampung Sungai Kebun on the morning of 4th November.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the presentation was led by Pengiran Muhammad Ameer Mubaarak bin Pengiran Haji Hashim, who is the Acting Brunei Muara District Officer and the chair of the Brunei Muara District Office Charity Fund. The fire incident, which occurred at 6:57 in the evening, has left many families in need of assistance as the extent of the damage continues to be assessed.

The cause of the fire is believed to be an electrical short circuit, although the exact amount of loss is still under investigation. The prompt response to aid those affected demonstrates the community’s commitment to supporting its members in times of crisis.
