Bandar seri begawan: In conjunction with the Prisons Department's 72nd anniversary, a Doa Kesyukuran ceremony was held at the Kampung Mata-Mata Gadong Religious Hall on the afternoon of 21st May.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the ceremony was attended by Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Ahmaddin bin Haji Abdul Rahman, the Minister of Home Affairs. The event was organized by the department's religious committee and featured an endowment presentation that included a speaker's desk for the religious hall.
