Crown Prince of Brunei Hosts Singaporean Prime Minister for Young Leaders’ Programme

Bandar seri begawan: His Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah ibni His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah, the Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office, received in audience His Excellency Lawrence Wong, Prime Minister and Minister for Finance of the Republic of Singapore. The meeting was part of the 11th Young Leaders’ Programme (YLP) between Brunei Darussalam and the Republic of Singapore, which took place at Qashr Al-Meezan on the night of November 3rd.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the 11th YLP is an annual exchange programme aimed at strengthening the longstanding bilateral relations between Brunei Darussalam and the Republic of Singapore. The programme provides a platform for future leaders from both countries to exchange views on bilateral, regional, and global development cooperation. The event was attended by members of the Royal Family, highlighting its significance in fostering diplomatic ties.

Following the Audience Ceremony, His Royal Highness hosted a Welcoming Dinner to honor the visit of His Excellency Lawrence Wong and his delegation, further reinforcing the collaborative spirit and mutual respect between the two nations.
