Certificates Presentation, Department of Tourism Development

Gadong: 15 Tourist Guides registered under the Department of Tourism Development received their certificates after completing the 3-day “Customer Service Excellence Training for the Hospitality and Tourism Industry”. The certificate presentation took place at SEAMEO VOCTECH, Gadong, on the afternoon of October 23rd.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the certificates were presented by Dayang Salinah binti Haji Mohd Salleh, Acting Director of Tourism. This training aligns with the Department’s commitment to enhancing the quality of customer service delivery to an excellent level by incorporating Islamic values.
