BUTUAN CITY – The Department of Social Welfare and Development in the Caraga Region (DSWD-13) has initiated a special assessment program to validate the status of beneficiaries under the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) marked as "not found" in the Listahanan 3 database.
According to Philippines News Agency, disclosed that approximately 11,466 4Ps household beneficiaries are subject to this assessment.
The purpose of the special assessment, which began on Monday despite adverse weather conditions, is to ensure accurate inclusion in the Listahanan 3 database. DSWD-13 field workers commenced the process with courtesy visits to provincial, city, and municipal social welfare and development offices for coordination. This special validation differs from regular assessments as it includes interviews to update the information of 4Ps households. The assessment will cover various regions, with 4,260 households in Agusan del Sur, 2,562 in Surigao del Sur, 2,031 in Agusan del Norte, 1,984 in Surigao del Norte, and 629 in Dinagat Islands.
