Brunei Darussalam Reinforces Economic Diversification at Baiduri Momentum Summit
Jerudong: Brunei Darussalam continues to stay the course on its economic diversification efforts. Guided by Wawasan Brunei 2035 and the Economic Blueprint, the focus remains on broadening the economic base, attracting quality investments, and empowering the private sector to become a stronger driver of growth. The Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office and Second Minister of Finance and Economy stated this during the Third Baiduri Momentum Summit. It was held this morning at a hotel in Jerudong. Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Dr Awang Haji Mohd Amin Liew said Brunei Darussalam continues to strengthen the five priority clusters: Food, Tourism, ICT, Services, and Downstream Industries; while expanding support for innovation, digital transformation, and enterprise development.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the summit offered a timely forum for institutions, corporations, investors, and individuals to engage in strategic dialogue and gain insights into the evolving global landscape.
