It took place at the Ministry of Finance and Economy.

According to Radio Television Brunei, officiating the event was Dr Hajah May Fa’ezah binti Haji Ahmad Ariffin, Permanent Secretary for Economy, Trade and Industry, Ministry of Finance and Economy.
