Brunei Crown Prince Arrives in Kuala Lumpur for Official Visit

KUALA LUMPUR — His Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah and Her Royal Highness Paduka Seri Pengiran Anak Isteri Pengiran Anak Sarah have arrived in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on the afternoon of August 17 for a scheduled official visit.

Upon their arrival at Subang Air Base, the royal couple was warmly welcomed by Yang Berhormat Dato’ Seri Utama Haji Mohammad bin Haji Hasan, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia, and other dignitaries. A ceremonial guard by the Royal Ranger Regiment of the Malaysian Army honored their arrival. The visit, which lasts until August 21, is at the invitation of Yang Amat Berhormat Dato’ Seri Anwar Ibrahim, the Prime Minister of Malaysia, and is expected to include discussions on further enhancing the close relations between the two nations.
