Brunei and Bangladesh Celebrate 40 Years of Diplomacy with Tree Planting Ceremony
BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, BRUNEI — In a symbol of growing environmental and diplomatic ties, the High Commission of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh in Brunei Darussalam commemorated 40 years of diplomatic relations with a tree planting ceremony on the morning of July 27th. The event took place at the new office of the Bangladesh High Commission in Jalan Kebangsaan.
According to Radio Television Brunei, High Commissioner of Bangladesh to Brunei, the ceremony not only celebrated the long-standing friendship between the two nations but also emphasized their commitment to environmental stewardship. The event featured the planting of saplings, symbolizing the nurturing and growth of bilateral relations.
