Bridge Maintenance Leads to Temporary Road Closures on Major Highways in Brunei

KUALA BELAIT — Starting on August 3rd and 4th, several sections of the Telisai-Lumut and Lumut-Belait Highways will be temporarily closed from 9 AM to 5 PM due to bridge maintenance works. The affected structures include Seladan Bridge on the Telisai-Lumut Highway, Sungai Lalit Bridge on the same route, and a bridge near STKRJ Mumong on the Lumut-Belait Highway.

According to Radio Television Brunei, Motorists are advised to exercise caution and reduce speed while passing through the designated areas as the maintenance works are expected to impact traffic flow. The closures are part of ongoing efforts to ensure the safety and integrity of infrastructure across the region.
