Temburong, Brunei – Bonda Restaurant, known for its traditional Brunei cuisine, has opened its second branch in the Temburong District. The new outlet, located in the Bumiputra Complex Building in Bangar Town, began serving customers on the morning of 26th November.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the opening ceremony of the restaurant, which first launched in 2022 in Kampung Sibulu, Mukim Bokok, was officiated by Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Doctor Awang Haji Mohammad Isham bin Haji Jaafar, Minister of Health. According to the restaurant management, the new branch will offer a buffet featuring around 13 types of local cuisine, highlighting the rich culinary identity of Brunei. The expansion of Bonda Restaurant reflects the growing popularity and appreciation of traditional dishes in the country.
