Blood Donation Campaign to Boost National Reserves

Berakas: The Blood Donation Centre at the Department of Laboratory Services, Ministry of Health, will be organising a blood donation campaign on 4th September at the Multipurpose Hall of the Fire and Rescue Department in Berakas. The initiative is set to commemorate the 65th Anniversary of the Fire and Rescue Department, with donation sessions scheduled from 9 to 11 in the morning and 1 to 3 in the afternoon.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the campaign aims to encourage public participation to enhance the national blood reserves. Members of the public are invited to contribute to this significant cause. Additionally, individuals can donate blood directly at the Blood Donation Centre at Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha Hospital (RIPAS) during working hours. To streamline the process, the public is encouraged to book their donation slots using the BloodKad app.
