Blood Donation Campaign Marks 55th Anniversary of Bandar Seri Begawan’s Renaming

Bandar seri begawan: The Bandar Seri Begawan Municipal Department, in collaboration with the Blood Donation Centre at Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha Hospital, organized a Blood Donation Campaign. This event was held to commemorate the 55th anniversary of the renaming of Bandar Brunei to Bandar Seri Begawan at Dewan Muhibbah, located in the Brunei Muara District Office.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the campaign saw the participation of Awang Amirul Shukri bin Haji Hafneh, the Acting Chairman of the Bandar Seri Begawan Municipal Board. A total of 51 pints of blood were collected during the event. The organizers have extended an invitation to the public to participate in another session of the campaign, which is scheduled to take place on 18th October at Setia Point, Kampung Jaya Setia, Berakas ‘A’.
