Bandar seri begawan: Baiduri Capital signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD), marking the beginning of a strategic partnership aimed at advancing investment literacy, capital markets awareness, financial education, and research collaboration in the country. The event took place on the morning of July 7 at the Baiduri Bank Headquarters.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the MoU signing ceremony saw the presence of Doctor Haji Azman bin Ahmad, Permanent Secretary for Higher Education at the Ministry of Education. In his speech, Doctor Hazri bin Haji Kifle, Vice Chancellor of UBD, emphasized that the MoU aligns with UBD’s broader academic and institutional objectives, particularly its efforts to equip students with practical, future-ready skills across disciplines.
The MoU was signed on behalf of UBD by the Vice Chancellor, Doctor Hazri bin Haji Kifle. Baiduri Capital was represented by its Chief Executive Officer, Ti Eng Hui. This collaboration is expected to enhance financial education and provide students with valuable insights into the capital markets, contributing to their overall academic and professional growth.
