Health Promotion Centre Awards Winners in Youth and Vape Video Competition

Bandar Seri Begawan – The Health Promotion Centre’s Youth and Vape Video Competition, aimed at raising public awareness about the harmful effects of electronic cigarettes or vaping, especially among youths, concluded with a Prize Presentation Ceremony on the afternoon of November 11th at the Health Promotion Centre, Commonwealth Drive.

According to Radio Television Brunei,The awards were presented by Awang Haji Maswadi bin Haji Mohsin, Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Health. The competition’s winners included ‘Matters of Choice’ with their ‘Vape Trap’ video and Syahmi Saifuddin with ‘Codename: No Vape.’ Additionally, Haziq Aniq for ‘Sebab Kawan, Aku Merana,’ Ar-Rijal Min SMALHB for ‘Belia dan Vape,’ and ‘Biasa Sudah’ by PaciMiyan were recognized for their short videos which garnered the highest number of shares and likes on the Health Promotion Centre’s social media account. This initiative by the Health Promotion Centre plays a crucial role in educating the public, particularly the youth, about the risks associated with vaping and promoting healthier lifestyle choices.
