Such events continue to strengthen relations among the community and villagers, especially events organised by mukim and village consultative councils in the country.
According to Radio Television Brunei, these celebrations act as a platform to promote religious, cultural, and social activities, in addition to strengthening the bonds among various age groups and preserving the culture and tradition of visiting one another.
