Aewon Inter-School Basketball Tournament Witnessed by Brunei Royals

Batu bersurat: Her Royal Highness Paduka Seri Pengiran Anak Isteri Pengiran Anak Sarah binti Pengiran Haji Salleh Ab-Rahaman attended the Aewon Inter-School Basketball Tournament 2025 on the night of 31st August. Organised by the Brunei Basketball Association, the event took place in Batu Bersurat, Gadong.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the tournament also saw the presence of His Royal Highness the Crown Prince’s daughter, Yang Teramat Mulia Pengiran Anak Faathimah Az-Zahraa’ Raihaanul Bolkiah. The event featured participation from His Royal Highness’ daughter, Yang Teramat Mulia Pengiran Anak Muneerah Madhul Bolkiah, who played for the International School Brunei (ISB) team.

In the Girls’ Under-18 category, the ISB team achieved a significant victory over Sekolah Tinggi Perempuan Raja Isteri, with a final score of 84-3. The tournament showcased the talents and competitive spirit of young athletes from various schools, underscoring the importance of sports in fostering teamwork and discipline.
