Post: Youth Religious Programme Explores Obedience and Faith

Bandar seri begawan: Obedience to Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala was highlighted as a core aspect of faith during the 24th 'Ilm Series' Programme, organized by the Youth Da'ie Volunteer Body with support from the Youth Religious Programme Secretariat. The event, which took place at the Islamic Da'wah Centre on the morning of May 10, encouraged participants to see life's tests as a form of tarbiah, or education, rather than burdens.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the programme attracted over 50 participants and featured a Scientific Dialogue session titled 'Kisah Nabi Ismail 'Alaihi Salaam - Saat Allah Menguji, Memilih Ketaatan atau Beralasan.' Awang Mohammad Shahmie bin Mohammad Sani, a certified Da'ie of the Brunei Islamic Religious Council, was among the presenters. He emphasized the importance of self-reflection to identify personal barriers to obedience and encouraged strengthening husnudzon, or positive assumptions, in faith.

The event continued with the 'Refleksi Iman: Aku dan Taat' Workshop, which further engaged participants in exploring their relationship with obedience and faith.
