54 new cub scouts from Chung Hwa School Tutong were feted at a World Scout Membership Badge Presentation Ceremony. The event took place at the school’s hall, 12th Novmber night.
The badges were presented by Awang Haji Mohd Sufian bin Haji Abd Karim, Tutong District Scouts Association Commissioner. Meanwhile, the scouts’ scarves were presented by Awang Haji Yahya bin Haji Abd Rahman, Chairman of Chung Hwa School Tutong Scouts Group.
