Post: Workshop on Performing Prayer While Sitting Conducted at Kampung Masin Mosque

Bandar seri begawan: The Kampung Masin Mosque Takmir Committee organized a workshop on June 27th morning, focused on the correct method of performing prayers while seated. This event, held at the mosque, aimed to educate participants on the rules and correct practices for conducting prayers in a seated position, particularly benefiting the elderly, those who are ill, or physically unable to stand. The goal was to ensure that the act of worship is performed correctly in accordance with Islamic teachings. According to Radio Television Brunei, the workshop saw the participation of 60 individuals and included a talk on the rules and concept of praying in a seated position, accompanied by a demonstration. The event underscored the significance of fiqh and motivated the community to actively engage in religious activities.
