Vendors Urged To Comply With Endemic Phase Guidelines

In ensuring the sales activities during the Bandarku Ceria and Weekly Market Programme at Pasarneka Complex and Tutong Market run in an orderly and controlled manner, the Minister of Home Affairs reminded vendors and customers to adhere to the Early Endemic Phase guidelines for markets and stalls during the National COVID-19 Recovery Framework currently in force.

 

Yang Berhormat the Minister of Home Affairs said that only vendors registered with the Bandar Seri Begawan and Tutong Municipal Departments are allowed to operate at the designated stalls. They are also required to undergo the COVID-19 Antigen Rapid Test, ART before being allowed to enter and carry out selling activities. The ART must be shown to the staff on duty at the Bandar Seri Begawan Municipal Department, as well as Tutong Municipal Department upon entrance. Only those with two vaccine doses and Green and Yellow BruHealth code are allowed. Vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals are allowed to enter. Children under the age of 18 who have not received or completed their vaccinations are allowed to enter as long as they are accompanied by an adult who has a complete vaccination.

 

Scanning the QR code is required as well as showing their Bruhealth application. Face masks are to be worn at all times.
