The public can still visit the 26th Consumer Fair being held at the International Convention Centre in Berakas until this Sunday. Throughout the Consumer Fair, local and foreign companies are selling various goods and products. In addition to sales, the Consumer Fair that started on 11th of January is also filled with various activities. RTB crew took a closer look at the event.
Among the local companies participating at the Consumer Fair is 'Bruneian Made' organised by DARe. The company aims to promote local goods and support the growth and development of local products. Among the items sold at the festival are perfume, food and handicrafts made by Bruneians.
Also participating in the event is Takaful Brunei Am Sendirian Berhad, an insurance company that has over 20 years of experience in Takaful and Insurance. The company is recognised as a market leader for its innovative products and services. Various products and services are being offered during the consumer fair.
Operating since 2019, despite many obstacles during the start of the business, Syarikat Glitter still survives until now. Syarikat Glitter is a local company specialising in cosmetic products for women.
Apart from that, a number of higher education institutions also participating in the consumer fair and are offering various courses for students. Visitors also have the opportunity to visit the food and beverage booths sold by local companies. The consumer fair is open to the public until 15th January from 10 in the morning until 10 at night.
